You can chose your own caffeine level per 5-Pack: Barely Loaded: 35mg caffeine (comes from the tea only), Fairly Loaded: 118mg caffeine (1 small liquid caffeine packet), Fully Loaded: 201mg caffeine (1 large liquid caffeine packet)

Ingredients list: organic stevia, rebaudioside A (from organic stevia leaf extract), 100% green tea and or black tea powder, vitamin/mineral blend, 100% liquid caffeine, citric acid, sodium citrate, gum acacia, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide, silica, sodium benzoate, natural and artificial colors, natural and artificial flavors.
