How It Works

1. Add the Powder  
Empty one powder packet into a 32oz cup with warm water.

2. Stir Until Smooth  
Mix well until everything fully dissolves.

3. Add Caffeine (Optional)  
If you chose a caffeinated option, add your liquid caffeine packet (foil packet) and stir.

4. Ice It  
Fill your cup about ¾ full with ice.

5. Top It Off  
Add water to the top and give it a final stir.
