No, we are not associated with Herbalife in any way. When starting this company, we wanted to go outside the box and offer healthy, zero-sugar drinks that truly cater to people looking for an alternative to what's currently available in the marketplace.

What if I have an issue with my order?

Customer service is our top priority, so if there is anything wrong with your order we vow to make it right. Please contact us right away at careteam.loadedteatogo@gmail.com and have your order number in the message. Let us know what is wrong so that we can make it right. 

What makes you different from other loaded tea shops?

We use stevia to sweeten all of our teas, unlike other shops who use sucralose and aspartame. Stevia is a natural sweetener that doesn't affect your blood sugar level, contains zero calories and carbs, is keto-friendly and doesn't leave a nasty aftertaste.

Can you explain your caffeine levels?

We offer 3 caffeine levels to choose from.  Barely Loaded has 35mg caffeine (comes from the tea only mixed into the powder pack);  Fairly Loaded has 118mg caffeine (powder pack + small foil package of liquid caffeine);  Fully Loaded has 201mg caffeine (powder pack + large foil package of liquid caffeine).
